The company is involved in numerous charities both in the local community and national. As the company expanded, its community-giving and philanthropy has expanded along with it. Most of these charities are dedicated to education, health care, youth and family services. It is this culture that makes the company what it is; a leader not only in the IT industry they are in but also in charity.
Running a successful business and a successful philanthropy, as Mr. Jain said, are very similar. Indeed they are. The community is better because of people, such as Naveen Jain, who takes some of their time and effort to care.

A new state budget will put new regulations into effect in Wisconsin that will unfortunately increase the amount of required spending, starting fall of this year. Wisconsin and New Hampshire were the only states left in the United States that did not require drivers to purchase liability coverage from car insurance companies. Wisconsin will change that by July 2010, as their amended state law will now require motorists to purchase auto insurance. Automobile-owners can be charged $10- $500 for not providing insurance if pulled over. However, that is the only time they will be prompted to prove that they hold insurance: when pulled over for any traffic violation. As such, most who own vehicles may not buy insurance as a result of the new law and may never be fined for it.
Another byproduct that car insurance companies hope will work to their advantage, but may work against all involved, is the increase of the bodily insurance and property damage coverage rates. After more than 25 years of maintaining the same rate, in November, the minimum policy will shoot up to $50,000 per person injured and up to $100,000 for two or more persons injured. According to a study by American Advantage Insurance Group, car insurance companies in Milwaukee may charge a college graduate anywhere from $1,000 to $2,000 every year as a result of the new laws. This new policy most assuredly works against drivers who couldn’t afford insurance in the first place, and as unemployment rates are at 8.7%, this could possibly be the worst time to increase auto insurance rates.

Office Space in a Newcastle building named West One owned by the Mandale Group has recently been leased by the Balfour Beatty Group that happens to be its first renter. The Balfour Group has rented the top floor of the building with an estimated area of 10,000 sq ft for a decade under a lease deal.
The West One building has ten floors, four floors for shared offices and the rest for parking space to supplement the office areas. The area available for renting is 44,500 sq ft including the 10,000 sq ft for which the lease has already been fixed.
The building is located at the end of Forth Banks which lies on the west of Quayside. The owners of the building are confident that it will continue to attract more customers in the coming days.
Joe Darragh, the estate officer of Mandale, stated that the group is pleased that Balfour Beatty has rented the tenth floor of the building, and added that the group has complete trust in the ability of the building to draw more reputed customers for its office spaces. He also said that the decision of Balfour Betty to move its office would invite the attention of other large businesses towards this recently built office building that is on the market.
The Mandale Group has also reported in another official declaration that they are in the concluding stage of negotiations with numerous other potential customers for leasing out the rest of the three floors of the building. The group is sure that the building will not be a disappointment, and that the dip in the property market caused by recession will not impact its rentals as it has a fine location and offers good facilities.

When Danny said that we need some spice in our life, I did not really understand what he meant. We had a happy family with three lovely kids, a dog, and a decent house with no pending mortgages; what else do you need from life? Ahh! What he meant was we needed some time together, away from the daily grind of life. And his idea for spicing up our life was a week-long trip to Grenada.
I did not know that the island of Grenada is famous for its spices. It was only when we reached there and were chauffeured to our hotel by the friendly and talkative driver did he tell me this fact about the place. Of course, I could smell the fragrant spices wherever I went, the air here is heavy with its aroma. Danny and I spent most of our days visiting the numerous beaches on the island. I would happily lie on a beach chair and soak up the sun while catching up on some reading whereas Danny would go snorkeling or even diving if he got to know about some good dive sites.
We went shopping at one of the numerous bazaars located on the island and were surprised to find that spices here were really cheap, which made me buy several sachets of all the different types of spices I could lay my hands on. Although I didn’t know what to do with it all and Danny kept grumbling about the amount I was purchasing, I still went ahead and bought them. He definitely was quite upset and refused to talk to me for more than an hour after that!
Finally, it was only when I gifted him a leather keychain-pen-drive that he was mollified. Hey isn’t this getting spice back in our life?
